ふるさと納税とは？
ご希望の自治体に寄付し、特産品などの返礼品が受け取れる制度です。寄付額は税控除の対象となります。
Furusato Nozei is a system that allows you to donate to a municipality of your choice and receive local products as a return gift. Your donation is tax-deductible in Japan.
どこで申し込めますか？
日本フルーツの返礼品カタログで商品を探し、掲載先のふるさと納税サイトへ移動してお申し込みください。寄附のお申し込み・決済はカタログ内では行いません。
You can apply through major Furusato Nozei sites such as “Satofull” or “Furusato Choice”. Browse our gift catalog, then complete your donation and payment on the linked Furusato Nozei portal.
通常のネット通販や店頭での個人向け販売はありますか？
現在、通常注文（ネット通販や一般向け販売）は行っておりません。日本フルーツの商品は、ふるさと納税経由または企業・自治体・業務用のお取引のみとなります。
We do not offer regular online sales or retail sales to individuals. Our products are only available through Furusato Nozei or for corporate/municipal orders.
ふるさと納税の送料はかかりますか？
ふるさと納税はすべて送料込み（事実上の送料無料）です。追加送料は一切かかりません。
All Furusato Nozei orders include shipping (essentially free shipping). No additional shipping charges apply.
ギフト包装やのし対応はできますか？
ギフト包装・のし対応（名入れ含む）は一切承っておりません。ふるさと納税、企業向けいずれも同様ですのでご了承ください。
We do not offer gift wrapping or Noshi (decorative gift paper) for any order, including Furusato Nozei and business orders. Thank you for your understanding.
ふるさと納税でトラブルがあった場合（未着・品質不良など）、どこに問い合わせればいいですか？
ふるさと納税でご注文いただいた場合、日本フルーツ株式会社に直接ご連絡いただくことはできません。必ず各自治体のふるさと納税サポートセンター、またはご利用のふるさと納税サイトのお問い合わせ窓口へご連絡ください。※サポート体制や問い合わせ先は自治体・サイトごとに異なりますので、寄付完了時のメールやマイページ等をご確認ください。
If you have any issues with your Furusato Nozei order (such as missing or damaged items), please do not contact Nippon Fruit directly. Please contact the support center of the municipality you donated to or the Furusato Nozei site you used. Contact details may vary depending on the site and municipality.
配送・お届け / Shipping & Delivery
配送エリアと送料は？
日本全国（一部離島・遠隔地除く）へお届け可能です。ふるさと納税は送料込み（送料無料）です。
We can deliver throughout Japan (except some remote islands). All Furusato Nozei orders include shipping.
配送日時指定はできますか？
ふるさと納税でのご注文は配送日時指定はできません。
You cannot specify the delivery date for Furusato Nozei orders.
納期（発送時期）は？
各商品ページに発送時期を記載しています。生育状況や天候等で前後する場合があります。遅延時は各自治体または寄付サイトを通じてご案内いたします。
The shipping schedule is listed on each product page. Shipping times may vary depending on crop growth and weather. If there is a delay, you will be notified via the municipality or the Furusato Nozei site.
荷物が届かない場合は？
ふるさと納税の場合は、各自治体またはご利用のふるさと納税サイトへご連絡ください。
If your order does not arrive, please contact the municipality or Furusato Nozei site where you made your donation.

生産地はどこですか？
熊本県内11地域を中心に、熊本県の青果市場を通じて仕入れた新鮮な青果を取り扱っています。
We mainly handle fresh fruits and vegetables sourced from 11 regions in Kumamoto Prefecture, purchased through local produce markets.
品質保証・不良品時の対応は？
ふるさと納税返礼品の品質に問題があった場合は、必ず各自治体・寄付サイトのお問い合わせ窓口へご連絡ください。
If there are any problems with the quality of your Furusato Nozei gift, please contact the municipality or Furusato Nozei site you used.
食べごろや保存方法は？
食べごろや保存方法の案内は、返礼品によって異なります。商品に貼付された表示や同梱の案内、寄附先の商品ページをご確認ください。ご不明な場合は、寄附先の自治体またはご利用のふるさと納税サイトへお問い合わせください。
Guidance on ripeness and storage varies by gift. Please check the product label, any enclosed instructions, and the listing on the donation site. For further questions, contact the municipality or the furusato-tax portal used for your donation.
返品・キャンセル / Return & Cancellation
返品やキャンセルはできますか？
生鮮品のため原則不可です。破損・不良・誤配送などのトラブル時は、必ず各自治体や寄付サイトへご連絡ください。
Returns and cancellations are generally not accepted due to the perishable nature of the products. For problems such as damage, defects, or wrong items, please contact the municipality or Furusato Nozei site.
ギフト・のし対応 / Gift & Noshi
ギフトやのし対応はできますか？
現在、ギフト包装・のし対応は全てのご注文で不可です。個人向け・ふるさと納税・法人取引いずれも承っておりません。
Gift wrapping and Noshi (decorative gift paper) are not available for any order, including individual, Furusato Nozei, or business orders.
領収書や納品書の発行は？
ふるさと納税の場合は自治体からの書類発行となります。企業・団体向けはご相談ください。
For Furusato Nozei, documents such as receipts and delivery slips will be issued by the municipality. For business transactions, please consult us directly.
